Elite Athlete Development (EAD)

Train like no one else, so you can play like no one else!

This is not just any strength program, this is a mentorship where helping young and aspiring teenage athletes excel not just in sports, but in life!  We focus on teaching our athletes our three pillars to life achievement: proper sleep habits, proper eating habits and accountability.   By focusing on those three aspects, we can deep dive into what it takes to not only become an elite athlete, but a good human too.

**all programs come with a minimum 3-month trial period paid in full to get started**

In-Person Program

Hands on training in a small group setting (3-5 athletes), our in-person LEVEL UP training program has the athlete under the watchful eye of owner Chris Bartl at his private training facility in Bellingham. Here the athletes will be guided step-by-step throughout the training process with custom designed programs created specifically to help the athlete achieve their goals and to LEVEL UP, how to hold themselves to higher standards of education, training, nutrition, athletic development and life. This is not your ordinary training program; this is a mentorship where we strive to help your student athlete become the best human being they can be.

Remote

Don’t live in Whatcom County? No problem. Don’t have a strength coach or program to follow? No problem! With our remote coaching option, athletes from all over the county can still train and follow our proven LEVEL UP training system to increase speed, strength and agility. Each athlete will receive a custom program delivered through True Coach, an online coaching platform that delivers the daily training program via an app (iPhone), email or through your web browser. Each training session comes complete with video demonstrations of movements and tracking.

Summer Challenge Series

An 8-week strength and condition program that will accomplish many things for your athletes including one very critical component: push them to their physical and mental breaking point. With three full body training days and one weekly challenge workout, this is an 8-week journey that will push the mental and physical limits of your athlete or team. At the end of the program, there is one final challenge workout that puts together the pieces of the summer program. New this year is a complete scoring system and leaderboard that will be updated daily, and a champion will be crowned!

Team Programming

Are you a sport coach who also serves as the strength coach while holding down a regular job? Take the guess work out of programming with our NEW team programming program. The program comes complete with standardized strength testing, four different training levels based on the athlete’s strength and technique levels, dynamic warm-up protocols, monthly training programs and conditioning all based around the sport of choice.

In-Person Program

Remote Programming

Remote coaching is the most cost-effective way to work with a personal trainer for those parents who are looking to train like an athlete on their own time and at their own pace. The program comes complete with dynamic warm-up, different program options based on budget and time restraints and the option to have nutrition coaching as an add on.

Nutrition Coaching

Used on its own or as an add on to your remote training program, our nutrition coaching program utilizes a proven system of creating healthy habits with daily check-ins based on your intake questionnaire and goals. Using the Pro Coach software, you will have access to your nutrition coaching program on your phone and at your fingertips.
