FAQs
You can use this section to speak about the projects and tell people how good you are at what you do. You can highlight on all the photos that you have worked on.
Why do you require a 3-month commitment to start?
3-months allows both the client and the trainer to really dive deep and get to know each other on a personal level not just in the gym. Like a well written program, relationships take time to develop. Some kids are incredibly shy and take longer to come out of their shell, while others need more time to develop the skills needed to excel in their sport. 3-month provides enough time for both to happen.
My child’s friend got hurt in their school weight room from working out, how is your program different?
Unfortunately, this is an all too often occurrence due to lack of oversight and knowledge from underqualified teachers and volunteers. With our LEVEL UP program, athletes train based on their level of proficiency and strength. We teach and require movement standards as part of the process to move up in the program. Technique is the number 1 priority for our program and is something we take immense pride in teaching.
What’s the best age for my child to get started with weight training?
The best age is when your child is ready. That can be as young as 7 or 8 but for our program 12-years old is our minimum starting point.
We have a busy schedule with sports and family obligations, is your program flexible to our schedule?
Time is important for everyone, and we try to respect that as much as possible and expect that in return. While we try to be as flexible as possible, once you commit to a day and time, you are expected to honor that commitment. Emergencies and last-minute changes come up and that is expected but if it becomes a frequent and common occurrence, then this might not be the best fit for your child at this time.
